Refund and return policy
Items must be reported as defective, damaged, or misprinted within 30 days of delivery. Claims for lost packages must be filed no later than 30 days after the anticipated delivery date. If claims are found to be the result of our error, we will pay for them without charging you.
If you or your clients have any problems with the products or anything else on the order, kindly file a problem report.
The Praprint facility is the default setting for the return address. You will get an automated email notification when we get a package that needs to be returned. After 30 days, unclaimed returns will be given to a charity. You will be liable for any returned shipments you receive if Praprint’s facility is not used as the return address.
Mistaken Address: The shipment will be sent back to our facilities if the courier determines that the address you or your client gave is insufficient. Once we have a confirmed corrected address with you, you are responsible for paying the charges of reshipment (if applicable).
Unclaimed – Unclaimed packages are returned to our facilities, and the expense of reshipping to yourself or your customer is your responsibility (if applicable).
You acknowledge that any orders returned due to an inaccurate delivery address or failure to claim the item will not be eligible for reshipment if you have not created an account on praprint.com and added a billing method. Instead of giving you a refund, they will be donated to charity at your expense.
Praprint does not accept returns of sealed goods, including face masks, due to health and hygiene reasons. Therefore, any returned orders with face masks will not be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Returns: It is advised that you should get in touch with us before returning any goods. Except for customers in Brazil, we do not issue refunds for orders canceled due to a change of heart. Consumers in Brazil must get in touch with customer service within 7 days of receiving the product to make a return request. If the item has been used or damaged, it will be determined whether it should be destroyed, and no refund will be given.
Notification for EU consumers: Under Articles 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be provided for in certain situations.
1. This covers the provision of goods that are customized or created according to the needs of the customer.
2. It also covers sealed items that have been opened after delivery and can no longer be returned owing to hygiene or health protection concerns.
Praprint maintains the right to reject returns at its sole discretion as a result.
Despite any translations that may have been done for any reason, this policy shall only be regulated and construed in line with the English language.
