Must-follow guidelines
- Submit files in PNG or JPEG format with at least 300 DPI
We recommend using PNG for designs with a transparent background. For other designs, we advise preparing files in JPEG instead. - Create files in sRGB color profile
To ensure your design looks the same when printed as it does on screen, make sure you create your print file with sRGB color profile. - Fill the entire print area
Fill the entire design area, including the case’s sides, for full bleed, but keep the important graphics within the safe print area. - Remove print file template guidelines
If you use our downloadable templates, delete the guide layers before saving your files. If you don’t delete them, they’ll show up on the print. - Mind the camera and logo placement
When designing, be mindful of the case’s camera hole placement. If you’re creating a design with a transparent background, take into account where the phone’s brand logo will appear.
Tips for best results
Avoid combining transparency and opacity
We advise against designing elements that are semi-transparent. To ensure your work is fully opaque, all elements of your design need to have 100% opacity.

- Avoid contact with cosmetics containing high alcohol content to prevent smudging of the printed inks.
- Avoid direct contact with hand creams and sun creams.
- Keep the product out of excessive heat and direct sunlight to prevent possible discoloration.
- Do not exert excessive force when handling the product.
