Must-follow guidelines

1. Submit files in PNG or JPEG format with at least 150 DPI
   We recommend using PNG for designs with a transparent background. For other designs, we advise preparing files in JPEG instead.
2. Create files in sRGB color profile
   To ensure your design looks the way you expect when printed out, make sure to create your print file using the sRGB color profile. Note that design colors in mockups may look different in real life.
3. Use full-bleed images
   To ensure maximum coverage, use full-bleed images with graphics that span across the entire dimension of the document. However, if your design covers only a part of the print area, make sure it has a transparent background and submit the image in PNG format.
4. Adhere to the safe print area
   Sublimation product files are scalable, so keep all important graphics or text within the safe print area to avoid missing design elements on the finished product.
5. Remove print file template guidelines
   If you use our downloadable templates, delete the guide layers before saving your files. If you don’t delete them, they’ll show up on the print.

Tips for best results

• Don’t place important details close to the edges
  We advise against placing important graphics or text very close to the edges of your designs. Use the safe print area as your guide.
• Avoid designs with borders
  We advise against using borders in your designs. Borders can appear uneven if the product is shifted during the printing process.
• Avoid designs with small details
  We advise against using tiny details or text in your designs since they may print blurry. Bold lines and graphics usually work best for sublimation products.
