In accordance with data privacy legislation, Praprint, Inc. is dedicated to protecting your personal information. You accept the conditions described in this Privacy Policy by using our website or mobile apps.
Users under the age of sixteen (16) are not within the scope of our data collection, maintenance, disclosure, or selling practices. If you are under 16, please refrain from using our Services. If you use our Services exclusively for personal use, you will be classified as the “User.” For the purpose of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation, as defined by the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and amended by the Data Protection, Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendments, etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, we act as the data controller.
If you use our Services to carry out orders and deliver goods to third parties, you will be recognized as the “Merchant.” With respect to your contact information and other data stated in Section 1 below, we are the data controller. When we operate on behalf of a Merchant to complete an order involving the Merchant’s client, we are a data processor: kindly refer to our Data Processing Terms.
1. Data we gather
1.a Data collection practices and usage for Users and Merchants:
If you are a User, and it is necessary to fulfill our contract with you for providing, maintaining, or enhancing our products and Services (including matters related to our legitimate interests with respect to the Services to the extent permitted by applicable law), we will verify your identity, contact you, provide customer support (including via chat, the comment section of our blog, or other platforms where you may reach us), manage your account, and invoice you. For these purposes, we collect information that may include the following personal data:

If you agreed to share your email address or other personal information with us when you created your account, subscribed to our newsletter or blog, or shared other personal information with us, then to receive any other information (such as our list of sub-processors), we will process your email address to send you informative and/or promotional materials, such as newsletters, advertisements for our Services, and other information about our Services that you have requested. You can unsubscribe from receiving the aforementioned information at any time by using the unsubscribe option in our email footers or through the notification settings on Praprint. We will not use the contact details of a Merchant’s customers to directly market or advertise our Services to them.
We collect location information either through your profile or your IP address. This information is used to provide you with certain features and improve and customise our Services. We may use this information for internal analytics, performance monitoring, localisation, regional requirements, policies for our Services, local content, search results, recommendations, delivery and mapping services, and marketing (using non-precise location information).
To ensure the caliber of our customer service, we might listen in on or record your call to our customer service number. If you have a Praprint account, we will keep the recording for as long as you have an account. If you don’t have an account, we will delete the recording within 12 months unless it’s needed to resolve disputes between you and us.
We use cookies and similar technologies on our website to collect data, including information on your device, preferences, and interactions with our website. This data is used for analytical, marketing, and targeting purposes, such as tracking unique visits, returning visits, length of sessions, and actions taken on the website. 1.b Data Collected on Merchants’ Customers:
When we act on behalf of a Merchant to fulfill an order for the Merchant’s customer (i.e., an end-user of our Services), we act as a data processor and collect information related to the Merchant’s customer. This includes personal data related to the end-user of our Services, any personal data in the printing content (where applicable), and personal data revealed during the use of any Praprint services. The information collected may include the customer’s name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and other information about the Merchant’s customers.
If you are a customer of a Merchant (an end user of our Services), the Merchant acts as the data controller for your personal data and should provide you with details about how we gather and use your personal data when you use our services. Please refer to the Merchant’s privacy policy for further information. The Merchant is your contact for any questions you may have regarding how it manages your personal data.

2. Sharing Personal Information with Third Parties
To provide you with our Services, Praprint works with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf. We share personal data with these service providers to support our Services.

We will maintain your personal information if you have used our services without opening a Praprint account for as long as is necessary to meet our legal requirement to keep records pertaining to the provision of services, such as for tax purposes.

If you are a User or Merchant located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have certain rights with respect to your personal data under the European Union and United Kingdom data protection regulations. You can request access to your personal data, and in certain circumstances, you can also correct, amend, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data by logging into your Praprint account or contacting us using the information provided below. Additionally, you can object to the processing of your personal data in some circumstances, particularly We are not obligated to treat your data in order to comply with a contract or other legal obligation.
However, these rights may be limited in certain situations, such as when fulfilling your request would reveal personal data about another person, or when you ask us to delete information which we are required by law to retain, are permitted by law to retain, or have compelling legitimate interests in retaining (to the extent that applicable law permits us to retain such information based on our legitimate interests).
Additionally, if you believe that we have processed your personal data in violation of applicable data protection laws, you have the right to submit a complaint to the contact information provided below or to your respective data protection supervisory authority. If you are a customer of a Merchant (an end user of our Services), please direct your concern to the relevant Merchant in the first instance.
5. Ensuring Information Protection:
We strive to implement reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data. We encourage you to take responsibility for protecting any personal data that you process online, set strong passwords for your Praprint account, limit access to your computer and browser by signing out after each session, and refrain from providing us with any sensitive information.
6. Data transfers across borders
We may transfer or grant access to all the information you provide to our parent company in the United States, our affiliate companies, and subsidiaries located in other countries, such as Latvia, Poland, Spain, and the UK, as well as our Service Providers (as described above), for the provision of our Services as described in this Privacy To ensure appropriate protection of your information during global transfers, we take necessary measures, including entering into the European Commission’s Model clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries (i.e., the normal contractual provisions) and any comparable provisions issued by the UK’s pertinent responsible body.

Residents of Virginia are granted specific rights with regard to the information we have acquired about them under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (“VCDPA”). This notice outlines your rights in relation to your Personal Data, including sensitive Personal data, as well as how we collect, use, and disclose it in our capacity as a “Controller” under the VCDPA. For the purposes of this section, the terms “Personal Data” and “Sensitive Data” have the same definitions as in the VCDPA, excluding material that is not covered by its purview.
